LOTS OF PICS....

We have had an eventful last week or so...
Jason, Brittany, and Bostyn came down to visit for Jason's Birthday
Happy Birthday Jas!!
So of course the boys all HAD to have sushi and this time the girls tagged along..
Kayla decided to "try something new" so she ordered Calamari while the rest of us girls just ate some good ol' Teriyaki chicken.. she also decided to try some of the sushi I think she tried the spicy tuna.... either way........

She was having a hard time getting it down...

Needless to say she spit it out
(and you can see her plate of Calamari is still full lol)

Before we went to sushi the kids played at my house for a while

Bostyn and Makai playing together as usual
I have to say I was impressed with there "matching skills" they got those blocks in the right spots...

They were pretty pleased with themselves too!

I wish they lived closer so they could play like this everyday!

I lust LOVED the girls faces in this pic... they are so cute!
The next day we decided to take a trip to the LA Zoo... Super fun... but Super exhausting. We had a party of 17....8 of them were kids.. 8 kids under 8! (mostly mine lol) and Two pregnant women (I was DYING, dont know about Brit)

So of course the boys will be boys ................

and they just HAD to touch the cactus (like everyone they saw)

.........................

hmmm.... guess he got poked....
(Not like I didnt warn him)

Oh we decided to buy a wagon to pull around all our food and children (well just two of them)
It was a lifesaver!!! I love our little red wagon!

Kalaea and Makai in the wagon.... Makai trying to get her hair....

Oh... he got it!

Aniya and her Gargoyle (i think) everyone was walking away and she was standing next to him just talking away.. don"t know what she was saying but it must have been pretty important

I just love my family... When I went back and looked through my camera there were these pictures of Dad and the kids... it made me want to cry... everyone just looks like there having fun and they are so happy! I love them!
Kalaea got in there just in time to strike a little pose.... what a cutie!

Well if you know me you know they didn't get the funny faces and throwing up signs from me!
Daddy taught them that!
Freakin' Samoans!

Me and my oldest Girl....

Me and Mulek... I really hate this pic!

Yes! they are picking his nose!

Starting to get tired!

Makai climbing the fence to get a closer look

Girls playing a game waiting for everyone to move on...

Pic with daddy
LOVe em'

And after all the fun and excitement at the ZOO I was ready to go home and relax... my hips were KILLING me... I could hardly walk... so bed time it was as soon as we walked in the door....
Agghhhhh..... rest!

NOT!!

Aniya started having a pretty bad Asthma attack that I couldnt get under controll
so ER it was..
and of course when we got there she was feeling a little bettter (isnt it always that way!)

Poor baby... she kept asking if the sun was going to be up when we went home and i told her Yeah it will be light out when we go... and she kept saying... "well I didnt get to sleep" she must have been just as exhausted as me...

And the last thing is ...

Gavin has joined the scouts... And he had one week to complete his Bobcat for the Blue and Gold meeting they are having on Fri... He did it in 3 days...
Good job Gavin....
He is loving scouts... he even told me "I want to be in scouts for the rest of my life, its so fun"

so I guess that is it for now............

There have been a few things going on lately nothing too important.. And all the pic are kinds jumbled up this time.. oh well...
First off, its time for belly shots once again... I feel so freaking tiny this time... guess its a good thing cause I really hate being uncomfortable... I must look preg because complete strangers say "oh your expecting" and etc.. so I guess I am past the "is she chubby or preg stage"
so here is today at 23w 6d

and

(same day)
so Heart burn, restless nights, and back ache have all set in and I am sure they are here to stay for a while...
We still dont have a name!!
I got Mulek to agree on Leilani but... I am not 100% IN LOVE with it so I am looking for something better...

I found a super great deal online to get a free(+ shipping and handling( so 9.95)) nursing cover... I have never used one before so I thought I would get one... Then Stacy told me she made them then I thought OH I will just get one from her then, I got to thinking and I had a lot of material I wasnt using so I thought I would give it a try... This is my first attempt... Turned out really good if I do say so myself... It is for my sis Brittany.

I made pockets on both of the bottom corners for whatever ( I will use it for nursing pads, but binkies or whatever you may need will work) just in case, ya know.

Here is what it looks like "in use" haha

Guess it will work if he can hide a four year old under there lol...
the top of it by the neck is a little stiff so you can have a "peek hole"
Just like the one I was gonna buy...

Gavin has been such a big help lately...

I walked into the room one morning and saw this... he was changing Makai (I NEVER ask the kids to change diapers) but he did all on his own.. It was a good poopy one too... guess he couldn't stand the smell... lol
He also told me today he needs to practice so he can change his little sisters diapers when she comes.. What eight year old WANTS to change diapers especially and 8yr old BOY... Just one more reason why we love Gavin so much!

and the girls.... they asked me to take a pic of them... What a cute sister shot...

Makai and daddy just lounging on the couch (Makai was supposed to be taking a nap) but watching TV with daddy on his day off was much better..

Once again Gavin got an award and school and of course we wouldn't miss it... This is after, they have donuts and juice with the family...

Getting called up for his award

And of course as a mom of 5 soon to be 6 I have alot of "duties"

One of them, doing school projects (at the last minute, of course)
Gavin had and ant report to do for 2nd grade he had to write one page and pick one of three projects to complete...
He TYPED his report and chose to do 2 out of the 3 projects..
this the beginning of his ant hill model that he had to make... I didnt get a end shot but it turned out really good.

And this is the begging of his Ant model didnt get the finished product either but it also turned out really good.

And of course....
Isaiah also had a project due that he told me of last minute.. He had to make a gingerbread man... He also did a good job

so for now that is what we have been doing...

Makai has started a new thing he pretends to be a puppy. Usually he just barks and crawls around the house and we pet him, but then he picked up some socks with his mouth so I thought I would see if he would fetch...lol and he knew just what to do......

Crafty....?

After 2 years of having my sewing machine.. I finally figured out how to use it.. Now I am not the best but here are some crafts I have been working on..

Bibs... I still need to put some Velcro.. not the greatest design but I'm just practicing.

Burp cloths... I wish I would have done the back pink but I had these cut out two years ago and who knew I was gonna have a girl... It will still work..

These are burp clothes to match.....

this blanket

And NOW... for the most elaborate thing I have ever done.. I just looked online to get some ideas and went off of those...

A diaper bag... haha.... Kinda..

the front.. big pocket..

the back.. that pocket will fit my cellphone perfectly... wish I would have put another pocket there it looks so bare..

The inside...  zipper pocket...

The opposite side two pockets one will fit a bottle or sippy..

The finished product.... I think I need better designing skills...

And for the last thing I want to try to do....

Make the girls and my niece matching pajamas out of this fabric... ha ha we will see what happens.

Best Buds!

Over the holidays Jason and Brittany came down to visit..  And I was amazed to see Bostyn and Makai play together.. I have never seen such young "tots" play so well. There was never a fight! So I decided to go down memory lane ( in their short little lives) We miss them so much!
They used to live here in Cali and we had babies at the same time (well 6 weeks apart)
Me and Brittany (well Me I don't know about Brit) were determined for them to be buddies.

Here they are the first time they met!
Both sleeping!

A few months later "playing"

Makai just loves her...
He is "kissing" her hand...

They had their first "outings" together
At the river playing

Eating together...

Trying to sneak into the snacks...

Their first Pony ride together..

And after not seeing each other for a few months.....

They are still best Buddies!
Little did we  ( I ) know we didnt have to try  very hard...
They just love eachother

What will she look like????

So as you all know we are having baby #6 (no name yet!) So like every pregnant mom they always wonder what baby will look like so I thought(thanks to Brittany) I would do a post to see what baby might look like after she is born..

Here is Mulek when he is 5.     Me when I was 5.

Gavin as a baby...

Isaiah as a baby..

Aniya...

Kalaea

Makai...

And baby #6
(we need a name!)

I think all the boys look almost identical.. but the girls look so different.. So I am really having a hard time picturing what a new little girl might look like...
